At Retro Football Jerseys, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our Refund and Returns Policy. This policy outlines the process for returning products and requesting refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
The item is not personalized or customized (e.g., jerseys with custom names or numbers).
You provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).

Non-returnable items include:

Customized or personalized jerseys.
Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
Underwear, socks, or other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at returns@retrofootballjerseys.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Receive Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
The refund will cover the cost of the item(s), excluding original shipping fees.
For defective or incorrect items, we will also reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Please note:

It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
We do not offer exchanges at this time; please place a new order for a different item.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@retrofootballjerseys.com with photos of the issue. We will:

Provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Offer a full refund or replacement, based on your preference and product availability.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times vary.

6. Shipping Costs

Original Shipping: Non-refunded unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. International Returns

For international orders, the same 30-day return policy applies. However:
