Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
  • Underwear, socks, or other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at returns@retrofootballjerseys.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund will cover the cost of the item(s), excluding original shipping fees.
